In a recent study regarding efficacy of various disinfectants against the bacteria Haemophilus parasuis responsible for the Glasser disease, Halamid® proved to be very effective both in suspension and carrier tests. This further demonstrate the interest of Halamid® as a general disinfectant in the pig farms.
